Slab Common Saturday 2nd October 2010, Bordon, Hampshire
Slab Common, near Bordon in Hampshire, is another army training ground similar to Broxhead Common. Slab Common, the larger of the two sites near Farnham, is used to teach tank recovery techniques and upside-down tanks can often be found around the site. Like Broxhead, Slab is very sandy with plenty of water holes, hills and other man-made obstacles to test your abilities and your vehicle's. We will be organising this in association with the Blue Lights Off Road Club who will also run an enduro bike day on the Sunday. There will be a chance for those JeepClub members to stay on as marshals on the Sunday
