JeepClub aims to provide a more mature style of discussion. JeepClub's Mission Statement reads:
"JeepClub exists to provide opportunities for Jeep vehicle owners to explore the full off-road potential of their vehicles safely, legally, responsibly, and at minimal cost; to encourage Jeep drivers to become more proficient in off-road driving ability; and to foster friendship between Jeep owners through driving, social, and other events."We expect all members to follow this simple Code of Conduct at all times.
- All language should be 'family-friendly' and no content should be posted that could be judged as not safe for viewing at the workplace.
- As much as possible, use correct spelling and grammar. Posts consisting entirely of 'txt-speak' will be deleted.
- Rudeness, disrespect, baiting, trolling, personal attacks and antagonistic or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Threads often wander from the original topic as part of the natural progression of discussion. However, try not to interrupt an existing topic - instead, start a new thread.
- Do not post content that you are not comfortable publishing in the public domain, and do not post content that violates copyright or other laws.
- Always be welcoming towards new members, and offer assistance to others just as much as you request it.
- Commercial content of any form is not permitted without prior permission. Commercial content includes posting on behalf of any commercial entity, or promoting any product or service for which a charge is made or reward is offered.
- No posts should be made regarding items for sale/wanted - please use the separate classifieds section.
- When participating in an event, members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on JeepClub and its members.
